Software
The technical intricacies of project management along with software troubleshooting expertise makes us perform under tight schedules and cost . Software efficiency enhances our skills for faster and accurate detailing. We have customised setup for each client in terms of batch files, template and Automation files for fabrication such as CNC, KSS, FABTROL, CIS2, VRML etc. We reduce the hassles of Bolt variation by standardising the bolt catalogue and hence reducing procurement hassles. We would also provide an accurate BOM on project startup henceforth reducing and procurement delays.
We are producing deliverables that are erector friendly as we envisage the pros and cons of erectability and ultimately reducing and hassles in the field. The preference of welded over bolted connection and vice versa is discussed with the client for erection issues. In case of Industrial projects we are using BIM via importing reference models and checking for any clashes with any other discipline. We are well equipped to handle projects from industrial to commercial league.
